Caroline Nixon

Caroline Nixon currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Founder & Managing Partner at Roark Capital, a position held since October 2019, following roles as Associate and Senior Analyst in Investor Relations within the same firm. Prior to Roark Capital, Caroline Nixon worked at PwC from August 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included specialization in capital markets transactions and accounting advisory services as a Senior Associate in Deals. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate in Deals and Assurance Associate, focusing on the financial services industry and coordination of global audit engagements. Caroline Nixon began her career as an Audit Intern at Windham Brannon in 2014. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
