Carrie Ledgerwood

Carrie Ledgerwood is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Roark Capital since January 2021, Carrie previously held positions at Clarkston Consulting, where responsibilities included Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Generalist from March 2018 to December 2020. Earlier in the career, Carrie gained experience as a Human Resources Associate focused on Talent Acquisition at Atrium Health and completed internships at Clarkston Consulting, Lifetouch Portrait Studios, and Atrium Health. Carrie holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the UNC School of Media and Journalism, both obtained in 2017.
