Before their time at Qvest.US, Marisa served as the Global Head of Human Resources at Pinnacle Data Systems, LLC, a leading print, mail, and electronic presentment and payment provider. In this capacity, they managed all legal and compliance issues, provided executive-level consulting on organizational development, conducted training and implementation, and participated in strategic planning.

Earlier in their career, Marisa held the role of Global VP of Human Resources at PT&C, a government consulting firm. In this position, they led the HR team in driving various HR functions, including staffing plans, immigration and cross-border issues, and the development and implementation of a new compensation structure for the entire company.

Prior to joining PT&C, Marisa was the Global Director of Human Resources at CCP, where they contributed to HR functions within the organization.
