Marisa Lynskey

Marisa Lynskey has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Marisa is currently the Head of Executive Talent at Roark Capital, where they focus on building and nurturing relationships with high-performing and emerging talent for the firm's portfolio companies. In this role, they provide guidance and support on various talent management aspects, including succession planning, recruiting, executive assessment, compensation, retention, and team building.

Prior to joining Roark Capital, Marisa worked as the Head of Human Resources at Qvest.US, where they provided comprehensive HR support to the consulting and technology innovation firm. Marisa collaborated with the owners and senior executive leadership to ensure a supportive culture and compliance across the organization. Additionally, they contributed to the company's strategic growth by overseeing various HR functions, such as recruiting, compensation and payroll, benefits, talent and performance management, compliance, risk, and succession planning.

Before their time at Qvest.US, Marisa served as the Global Head of Human Resources at Pinnacle Data Systems, LLC, a leading print, mail, and electronic presentment and payment provider. In this capacity, they managed all legal and compliance issues, provided executive-level consulting on organizational development, conducted training and implementation, and participated in strategic planning.

Earlier in their career, Marisa held the role of Global VP of Human Resources at PT&C, a government consulting firm. In this position, they led the HR team in driving various HR functions, including staffing plans, immigration and cross-border issues, and the development and implementation of a new compensation structure for the entire company.

Prior to joining PT&C, Marisa was the Global Director of Human Resources at CCP, where they contributed to HR functions within the organization.
