Mahen Kathirithamby

Mahen Kathirithamby is an accomplished leader in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the financial services and investment management sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Executive, Campus & Early Career Talent Acquisition at Xerox since February 2021, Mahen previously held the role of Director of Recruiting at American Century Investments from March 2018 to May 2020, where responsibilities included managing a team of recruiters for a firm with over $175 billion in assets. Prior experience includes positions at BlackRock as Vice President of Global Executive Talent Acquisition, The Caldwell Partners as a Consultant, Egon Zehnder International as a Senior Research Associate, and early roles at Spencer Stuart, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Sanford C. Bernstein & Company. Mahen holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Economics and Finance from the University of Hartford, complemented by additional education at Franklin & Marshall College.
