Sarah Spiegel

Sarah Spiegel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading prominent companies in the retail and consumer sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Roark Capital since October 2019, Sarah previously held the position of President & CEO at Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels, overseeing multiple brands within the business. Prior roles include Executive Vice President at Bain Capital, where Sarah developed growth and turnaround strategies for key portfolio companies like Dunkin' Brands and Gymboree. Earlier in Sarah's career, positions included Director of Strategy at LEGO Group and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Sarah holds an MBA from Stanford University and an AB in Environmental Economics from Princeton University.
