Alex Lowe

Alex Lowe is the Co-Founder and CEO at Roast Master USA. Alex was previously the Director of West Coast Operations at Java Master International and the Vendor Partnerships Manager & Program Manager at ZeroCater.

At Java Master International, Alex was responsible for leading the company's West Coast operations. Alex oversaw a team of coordinators and specialists who were tasked with maintaining vendor performance KPIs and recruiting new vendors across six regions. Alex was successful in driving key vendor KPIs of timeliness and order accuracy to historically positive results, which resulted in reduced client churn.

At ZeroCater, Alex led two teams responsible for sourcing and managing 500+ restaurant partners nationwide. Alex also drove new initiatives through Program and Project management. During their time at ZeroCater, Alex initiated, planned, and executed projects to upgrade the meal experience and integrate data into decision-making. Alex also launched a photo project to capture and analyze photos of over 84K client meals, providing first-time data to strategically target client churn reduction. In addition, Alex restructured team roles and created an entirely new menu-focused department, which resulted in 50% higher operational team capacity, reduced ordering errors, and higher quality meals.

Alex Lowe has obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Culinary Arts degree from The Art Institutes, an Associate of Arts in Portuguese Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
