Robert Di Franco

Robert Di Franco is an accomplished Chief Development Officer with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale projects across various sectors, including hospitality, retail, and infrastructure. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Roaya and Chief Development and Delivery Officer at ADEL REAL ESTATE, Robert manages a combined project portfolio of 47 million square meters in the GCC region. Prior roles include Program Director at Parsons Corporation, Project Director at WSP in the Middle East, and Senior Vice President at Al Hamra Real Estate Development, where Robert led numerous internationally branded hospitality projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton, an MBA in International Business from KEDGE Business School, and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Currently, Robert is enhancing leadership skills in Artificial Intelligence at UC Berkeley Executive Leadership Academy.
