Nic Enders

Nic Enders currently serves as Vice President of Product Development and Operations at Gallagher Bassett since March 2025. Prior to this role, Enders held various leadership positions at WPS Health Solutions from January 2002 to March 2025, including Vice President of Performance, Analytics, and Claims, Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, and Director of Strategy and Business Development. In these roles, Enders was responsible for developing and monitoring business unit strategies to support profitable growth, achieve corporate goals, and create value for stakeholders. Enders holds a BA in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, both earned between 1997 and 2001.
