Russell Pass

Russell Pass is an accomplished executive with over three decades of experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. since March 2011, Russell has demonstrated expertise in strategic management. Prior to this, Russell held the position of Director and Partner at Bridge Strategy Group from October 1998 to February 2011 and was a Principal at Renaissance Strategy Group from January 1995 to January 1998. Additionally, Russell spent a decade as a Director at Andersen Consulting from January 1984 to January 1994. Russell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and Computer Science from Northwestern University, completing studies in January 1982.
