Ira Silang

Ira Silang is currently the ISM Project Manager at TC Transcontinental, where they manage in-store signage programs and produce project estimates. They previously served as a Client Care Representative at UNFI Canada from 2019 to 2022, demonstrating strong skills in customer service and logistics. Ira also worked as a Contact Centre Representative at SinglePoint Group International Inc from 2017 to 2018, where they fostered customer relationships and resolved complex issues. Ira holds diplomas in Airline Flight Attendant training from Canadian Tourism College and in Business Management from Humber College.
