Nancy Brooks is a seasoned probate paralegal with extensive experience in managing complex legal processes. Currently at Robbins Kelly Patterson & Tucker LPA since June 2021, Nancy oversees a high-volume caseload involving trust and estate administration, drafting court pleadings, and preparing tax returns. Prior experience includes roles as a legal assistant at Adams Law, PLLC, where Nancy managed nearly 200 case files across multiple legal areas, and as a paralegal at Ennis Britton Co., LPA, performing legal research and supporting numerous attorneys. Additional background includes business ownership in editing services and various roles in the nonprofit sector focused on editorial and administrative functions. Nancy holds an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from UC Clermont College and has an academic background at Boise State University and the University of Idaho.
