Stacy Oldfield

Stacy Oldfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and business training, currently serving as a Master & Platinum Coach and Business Results Trainer at Robbins Research International since September 2019. As the Founder of both the Minerva 3-Day Networking Challenge and the Network Like a Boss Lady Program since April 2018, Stacy focuses on empowering women entrepreneurs to overcome networking challenges. Stacy also founded and leads Minerva Management Partners, LLC, which supports women in building successful careers and businesses. Additionally, Stacy is a member of Women Entrepreneurs of Charleston, enhancing connections among women business leaders. Earlier roles include Agency Leader & Stylist at Worth New York, CEO at Corporate DevelopMint, and Manager of Finance & Operations at Blackbaud. Stacy holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Wright State University.
