Core Responsibilities:
• Serve as the chief adviser to the School Board on all educational matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Act as the district’s primary educational leader, setting the vision and direction for academic excellence, equity, and innovation.
• Ensure the School Board is consistently informed about district operations, activities, achievements, and areas of need through clear, transparent, and timely communication.
• Oversee the implementation of the Board's policies and directives, ensuring alignment with the district’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Represent the district in interactions with community stakeholders, government agencies, and other organizations to foster partnerships and advocate for resources.
• Lead and manage districtwide initiatives, ensuring a focus on student success, staff development, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement
