Alexander Elsenaar has held various roles throughout their work experience. Alexander began their career at Lynfosys in 1990 as a Programmer and worked there until 1991. In 1992, they joined General Electric Plastics as a Software Engineer and stayed until 1993. From 1994 to 1999, they were the Owner of Viewpoint Automation. In 1999, they became a Software Engineer at Clarity IT until 2001. Alexander then joined Robeco, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Software Engineer from 2001 to 2008 and Manager Software Development from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Manager Webtechnologie at Robeco. Finally, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Robeco starting from 2013.

Alexander Elsenaar's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Sun Educational Services and obtained a certification as a Sun Certified Programmer in Java. In the same year, they also attended Lagant Training and Education, where they studied and received training in Prince II.
