Frits Drost

Frits Drost is an experienced professional with a significant background in information technology and management. Currently serving as Head of the COO Office at Robeco since April 1998, Frits Drost has held various leadership roles, including Manager (IT) Quality Assurance and Process Management and Vice President of Corporate ICT, overseeing global ICT strategy and innovation. Prior experience includes managing ICT infrastructure at Rabobank International Branch Utrecht and multiple roles at Nedlloyd, ranging from IT Manager to Senior Consultant within Group Information Management. Frits Drost began a career in system design and programming at TNO and has held earlier positions focusing on telecommunications and security. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA/MBI from the Rotterdam School of Management and an engineering degree in Electrotechnics from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
