Jelmer Bouman

Jelmer Bouman has extensive work experience in the financial and investment services industry. Jelmer began their career in 2005 as a Financieel Informatie Specialist at IRIS, a joint venture of Robeco and Rabobank. In 2006, they joined Robeco and worked as a Performance Measurement Specialist until 2009. As a Manager Performance Measurement from 2009 to 2020, they were responsible for overseeing performance measurement activities such as calculating and presenting performance figures, reporting to senior management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Jelmer also held the position of Manager Client Reporting from 2012 to 2020, where they managed a team responsible for various reporting activities such as factsheets and financial reports. In September 2020, Jelmer Bouman was appointed as the Head of Investment Services & Reporting at Robeco.
