Catherine Webster is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the investment and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Thriving Investments since January 2023, Catherine has also held key positions at Creative Land Trust as Co Chair, and at Quintain Limited as Executive Director of Strategy & Investment and Strategic Finance & Investment Director. Previous roles include Director of Asset Management at Hudson Advisors, Head of European Lending at TIAA-CREF, and various leadership positions at Lehman Brothers and Parkes and Company. Catherine holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD and a First Class Honours BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading.
