Ton Ligtvoet

Ton Ligtvoet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise program management and IT delivery. Currently, Ton serves as the Head of Enterprise Program Management & Architecture at Robeco, leading a team of business project managers on complex, strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, internal restructuring, and regulatory implementation. Previous roles at Robeco include Program Director Outsourcing and Manager IT Delivery, among others, demonstrating a strong focus on IT strategy, architecture, and project execution. Ton's early career included significant positions at Accenture and Kramers Automatisering, highlighting expertise in financial services and project management. Ton holds a Master of Science in Management Science from Open Universiteit and a Bachelor in Business Informatics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
