Christina Strasinski, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive human resources experience, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Robern Inc, a Kohler Company, since 2004. In this role, Christina is responsible for aligning human resource initiatives with business objectives, collaborating closely with the company's President and management team. Prior to this position, Christina held various roles within Kohler Co. from 1998 to 2004, including Senior Human Resource Generalist and HR Specialist positions. Christina began a career in human resources at ManpowerGroup as an On-Site Recruitment Coordinator in 1998. Christina holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and attended Cornell University in New York.
