Kathy Heming

Kathy Heming has extensive experience in project administration and contract management, currently serving as Project Administrator- Contracts at Robert A. Bothman, Inc. since May 2012, focusing on subcontracts and insurance. Previous roles include Project Administrator at Draeger Construction from May 2011 to May 2012 and Contract Administrator/Executive Admin at Spirit Road Oils from August 1994 to June 2009, where responsibilities encompassed subcontracts, insurance, accounts receivable, payroll, accounts payable, event planning, DOT drug program, workers' compensation claims, and job costing. Additionally, Kathy held the position of Executive Assistant at Spirit Properties & Property Management from 1997 to 2009. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development from San Jose State University, obtained between 1990 and 1997.
