Giorgio Bianchi

Giorgio Bianchi is currently the Director at Robert Bird Group. Prior to that, they were a Senior Structural Engineer at Pell Frischmann from January 2012 to October 2013. Before that, they were a Structural Dynamics consultant at Politecnico di Milano from April 2009 to December 2011 where they also became a Professor Assistant of the “Structural Mechanics” course, Bachelor in Civil Engineering in 2010/2011. Prior to that, they were a Structural Engineer at BMS Progetti from December 2007 to December 2011 working on civil, structural and seismic design. Giorgio began their career as a Seismic Engineering Consultant at Westinghouse Electric Company from May 2007 to October 2007 working on seismic response analysis and capacity evaluation for seismic PRA (probability Risk Assessment) of the Nuclear Power Plant auxiliary building.

Giorgio Bianchi has a master's degree in structural engineering from Politecnico di Milano, a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the same school, and a high school degree in maths and science from Liceo Scientifico.

They are on a team with John Ward - Director, Paulo Silva - Director, and Jarrad Warhurst - Director, Construction Engineering. Their manager is David Seel, Managing Director West (Europe, Middle East & USA).
