Karen Quinlan

Karen is the Director of People & Culture at Robert Bird Group, forming part of our global leadership team. Karen is an experienced Human Resources Executive, with an impressive 20 years’ worth of experience in a variety of industries. Karen’s role involves her working closely with our regional businesses and the Board to provide an informed, professional and efficient human resources function. This includes ensuring the HR function effectively partners with senior staff to identify HR and OH&S priorities, recommending optimal people management solutions in relation to organisational development, culture and change to deliver programs and initiatives aligned with RBG’s vision and goals.
