Matt Napper

Matt Napper is an experienced Information Technology Manager currently with Robert Bird Group since December 2006, focusing on global infrastructure and network management. As Information Technology Manager (EAST), Matt collaborates with the CTO to oversee all global infrastructure, including networks and systems, while developing policies for service level agreements, security incidents, and disaster recovery. Previously, as National IT Manager, Matt managed Australian network operations and help desk services. Matt's earlier experience includes serving as a System Administrator where responsibilities included nationwide infrastructure upgrades and monitoring backups. Prior to joining Robert Bird Group, Matt worked at Aquatec Maxcon Pty Ltd as IT Support, handling helpdesk responsibilities and network monitoring. Matt holds two Graduate Certificates from Charles Sturt University, one in Management (Information Technology) and the other in Applied Data Science.
