Jim Dougherty

Jim Dougherty is an experienced project engineer at Gilmore & Associates, Inc., a position held since May 2004. Prior to this role, Jim served as a design engineer at Earth Tech from June 1996 to May 2004. Jim holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering obtained from Drexel University, completed in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, earned in 1996.
