Claire Conway

Claire Conway is a seasoned professional in the field of higher education, currently serving as a Higher Education Consultant since February 2024 and as the Research Impact and Engagement Manager at Robert Gordon University since September 2023. Claire has extensive experience, having worked as the Deputy Head of Careers and Employability and Acting Head of Careers at the University of Sheffield from January 2016 to September 2023, and also as the Acting Head of University of Sheffield Enterprise in 2018. Prior roles include providing career services at the University of Oxford, where significant contributions were made in developing career programs for doctoral students and professional staff. Additional experience includes a career advisory role at McGill University, a Placement Officer position at Robert Gordon University, and academic teaching and research roles at the University of Aberdeen. Claire holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen along with a PG Cert in Careers Education, Information and Guidance from the University of Warwick, and an MRes and BSc(hons) in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.
