Barbara Nelson

Barbara Nelson has extensive experience as an administrative professional, currently serving as a Senior Executive Assistant in the IT Department at Robert Half since December 2015, where responsibilities include supporting the Vice President of IT, managing calendars, travel arrangements, expense accounts, and facilitating meetings and team events. Prior to Robert Half, Barbara held various administrative roles at The Kraft Heinz Company from 1997 to 2015, encompassing support for multiple executives, complex travel coordination, facility and fleet management, as well as HR support. Barbara began the career at AccuStaff and Realty World Northern California & Nevada, developing foundational skills in order processing and public relations. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Communication/Public Relations from California State University - East Bay, alongside coursework in the Music/Recording Industry Program at San Francisco State University.
