Caleb McLaughlin

Caleb McLaughlin, M.A., is a Leadership and Organizational Development professional with extensive experience in enhancing leadership capabilities and team dynamics. They served as an Organizational Development Specialist at Denver Health, where they facilitated the implementation of a leadership competency model. Caleb also worked at Nissan Motor Corporation, managing developmental programs and talent assessments, and at Robert Half as a Senior Program Manager focusing on enterprise leadership development. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resources from Lipscomb University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
