Jaya Doraiswamy

Jaya Doraiswamy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management and application development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Robert Half since May 2010, Jaya leads teams and oversees various application development projects, focusing on process improvement and collaboration with project managers and QA teams. Prior roles include Application Developer Lead at Elm Resources, where Jaya architected and implemented student loan processing applications, as well as consulting for mobile development and serving as a Lead Developer at Robert Half. Jaya's career began in software engineering with positions at Quest Software and Sybase Inc., specializing in Java development and web-based application tools. Jaya holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay, a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from National College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Madras.
