Kat Hollowell

Kat Hollowell is a seasoned professional in product design and UX research, currently serving as the Director of Product Design and UX Research at Robert Half since September 2021. Hollowell previously held leadership roles in product/UX design at Capgemini from October 2016 to September 2021, where expertise included UX strategy, research, and user testing across various industries. Earlier, Hollowell managed digital communications at Ashland Inc and gained extensive web design experience through positions at Xavier University and other organizations. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of San Diego.
