Leasha Carpenter

Leasha Carpenter is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Manager and Assistant Vice President at Robert Half since July 2017, Leasha has held various roles including Senior Talent Director and Division Director. Prior to this, Leasha gained valuable experience at Target as a Visual Merchandising Team Leader from October 2015 to June 2017, and at maurices in multiple managerial positions, including Co Store Manager and First Assistant Manager, from January 2013 to October 2015. Leasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Marketing from Iowa State University, having studied at both Iowa State University and the Ivy College of Business.
