Stephanie Searcy

Stephanie Searcy has extensive experience in business development and management within the staffing and recruitment industry, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development for Strategic Accounts at Robert Half since December 2009. Searcy has held multiple leadership roles at Robert Half, including Vice President for Local Government and Education and Regional Vice President, demonstrating a proven track record in strategic account management. Prior to Robert Half, Searcy was a Manager of Business Development at Accountants International and held various managerial positions at Spencer Reed Group and Robert Half International. Searcy holds an MBA in Leadership from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Presbyterian College, complemented by minors in Business and Chemistry.
