Lance Bowser

Lance Bowser has been with Robert Peccia & Associates since April 2004, holding various titles including Airports Group Manager, Airports Assistant Group Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to this, Lance worked at Tetra Tech from May 1998 to October 2003 as a Testing Technician. Lance graduated from Montana State University-Bozeman in 2003 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician after completing their education at Montana State University-Northern from 1998 to 2002. Lance's expertise lies in airport design, construction administration, project management, environmental documentation, and airport planning.
