Susan Pimentel-Sullivan

Susan Pimentel-Sullivan has extensive experience in customer service and operational support, currently serving as a Customer Service Coordinator at Reiser since October 2020. Prior experience includes nearly 26 years at Cumberland Farms, where Susan progressed from an Administrative Assistant in the Loss Prevention Department to an Operations Services Coordinator. In this role, Susan facilitated vendor rollouts, managed capital spending, and reviewed surveillance footage to address suspicious activities. Susan also served as a Real Estate Department Paralegal and Secretary at Hit or Miss, Inc., prior to gaining valuable educational credentials, including an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Newbury College and a Paralegal Diploma from Kinyon-Campbell Business School.
