Gretchen Legrand

Gretchen LeGrand is a Senior Program Manager for Digital Equity at Robert W Deutsch Foundation. Prior to this role, Gretchen was the Principal Consultant at Code City Strategies. Gretchen also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Baltimore. Gretchen previously co-founded and served as CEO of Code in the Schools. With a background in mental health counseling, Gretchen has held positions as a Psychotherapist at Thrive Behavioral Health, LLC, and as a Psychiatric Counselor at MedStar Health. Gretchen has also worked in various counseling and therapeutic roles at different organizations such as Union Memorial Hospital, University of Maryland, Baltimore, and MedStar Union Memorial Hospital. Gretchen holds a BA in Liberal Arts and an MS in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology.
