Cheri Snyder

Cheri Snyder is a distinguished professional in the field of arts advancement, currently serving as Senior Director of Advancement at the Woodruff Arts Center since June 2021. With a focus on enhancing the cultural landscape, Snyder oversees significant initiatives that benefit over 1 million attendees annually. Previous roles include Senior Director of Development at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra through South Arts and Vice President of Development at the Atlanta History Center, where Snyder managed major campaigns, including a $22 million capital campaign and a $35 million project for the Battle of Atlanta Cyclorama. Early career positions included Director of Major Gifts at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Development roles at Harvard University. Snyder holds a Master of Music from the New England Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor of Music from Stetson University.
