Jane C. Black

Jane Black has extensive experience in leadership and governance across various organizations. Serving as President of The Exposition Company since 1972, Jane holds multiple trustee roles, including Trustee and former Chairman of the Foundation Board at Universidad EARTH from 1996 to 2008, and President of the Board of Trustees at Ben Franklin Academy since 1988. Additionally, Jane is a Life Member of the Board of Directors at the High Museum of Art and a Life Trustee at the Woodruff Arts Center. Jane also contributed as a Board Trustee at Forward Arts Foundation and, between 2005 and 2013, served as a former Trustee and Board Chair of the Piedmont Hospital Foundation. Notably, Jane was the Capital Campaign Chair for the successful $55 million expansion campaign at the Atlanta Botanical Garden from 2008 to 2011. Educationally, Jane attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and Mt. Vernon Jr. College, obtaining an Associate of Arts degree. Jane completed high school at The Westminster Schools.
