Akshika Dave

Akshika Dave is an experienced Senior Consultant in Financial Services at Robert Walters, having progressed through various consulting roles since October 2019. Concurrently, Akshika is a member of Monday Girl since January 2022. Prior experience includes recruitment consulting at Recruiting in Motion and event management as Gala Coordinator for Woodsworth College Students' Association, where successful organization of significant events was achieved. Akshika has a strong background in team development and member engagement from roles in Enactus UofT and Woodsworth College Students' Association. Education includes an Honours Bachelor's degree in Economics and Employment Relations from the University of Toronto.
