Anthony Sawtelle has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anthony began their career in the US Army as an Infantry Specialist, serving for over three and a half years and receiving multiple service awards. Afterward, they worked as a Manager in Charge at HEB Grocery, managing daily operations, staffing, and counseling for over 140 employees. Anthony then transitioned to AEON, where they worked as an Instructor and later became a Corporate Division Instructor, reorganizing departments and developing training sessions for staff. At Walgreens, Anthony took on the role of Manager, establishing employee development systems and conducting performance reviews. Following this, they joined AEON Corporation as a Managing Instructor, responsible for maintaining staffing levels, professional development, and documentation. Most recently, Anthony worked at Robert Walters, where they held various roles such as Associate Director of Human Resources, L&D Training Manager, NEA / APAC Project Training Lead, and Sourcing Team Manager.

Anthony Sawtelle earned a B.A. in History from The University of Texas at Austin from 2004 to 2007. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate of Business Foundations in Business from the same institution. In 2015, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Articulate Storyline 2 Advanced Training from B Online Learning.
