Claire Dunwoody serves as a Talent Management Business Partner for Europe and a Director of Learning & Development for EMEAA at Robert Walters since March 2004. With a focus on aligning skills and knowledge with company objectives, Claire specializes in the development and enhancement of training programs that foster professional growth across all employee levels. Previously, Claire held the position of Business Director and Associate Director for Legal & Compliance at Robert Walters, a leading global recruitment consultancy. Earlier career experience includes working as a Research Consultant at MERC Partners from 1999 to 2003, where support was provided for market mapping and research within the legal and professional services sectors. Claire holds a Master’s degree in Literature from University College Dublin.
