Coral Bamgboye

Coral Bamgboye has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the recruitment industry. Coral is currently working at Robert Walters as the Global Head of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to this, they held positions at Resource Solutions, where they served as the Head of Operations EMEA and Global DE&I Lead, the Global Client Services Director - Financial Services, the Head of Operational Excellence & Compliance, and the Associate Director - Operations (RPO & MSP). Before joining Resource Solutions, Coral worked at T-Mobile as a Recruitment Adviser.

Coral Bamgboye obtained a Bsc Psychology (Hons) degree from The Open University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Mental Health First Aider from MHFA England®, Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander and Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program from LinkedIn. Coral also holds certifications as a Certified Hogan Profile Interpreter from Hogan Assessment Systems and as an Assessment & Development Centre Design Practitioner from A&DC Ltd.
