Jasper C. has extensive experience in the field of HR, starting with their role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cathay Pacific Airways from an unknown start date to December 2013. During this time, they were responsible for liaising with internal business units, analyzing hiring needs, and successfully recruiting talent for technical and core business areas. Jasper excelled at managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building strong relationships with business units by providing value-added advice and HR-related inquiries.

From 2014 to 2018, Jasper worked at Waters Corporation, where they held two positions. First, as a Manager of Talent Acquisition APAC from February 2014 to August 2018, and later as a Corporate HR Transformation Consultant from September 2018 to March 2021. In these roles, they played a key role in managing talent acquisition processes for the APAC region and leading HR transformation initiatives.

In 2021, Jasper joined OKX as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they worked until August 2022. During their time at OKX, they provided strategic HR support and guidance to the organization.

Most recently, Jasper joined Robert Walters in September 2022 as Head of HR for Hong Kong and Taiwan. In this senior leadership position, they are responsible for overseeing HR operations and strategies in both locations.

Jasper C. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Classics (Ancient Roman Studies & Latin) from Knox College. Additionally, Jasper has obtained certifications in Prosci Change Management, DDI Facilitator Certification, and Hogan Assessment.
