Kate Williams has extensive experience in legal recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of the Legal Division at Robert Walters since May 2016. Specializing in both Private Practice and In-House markets, Kate's team recruits lawyers from graduate level to Partnership and General Counsel level. Previously, Kate held the position of Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant at Robert Walters, focusing on the New Zealand and Australian markets. Prior experience includes roles as International Career Manager at Futurestep, A Korn Ferry Company, and Sourcing Consultant at Red Consulting Group. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management and Communications from the University of Otago.
