Robert Weed
Tara Love has been working in the restaurant industry since 2008. Tara began their career at Outback Steakhouse, where they served as a Front House/Bar/Kitchen/Training Manager from 2008 to 2013. Tara then moved to Fazoli's, where they were a General Manager from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Arby's, where they served as a General Manager until 2021. Currently, they are a Talent Success Manager at Robert Weed.
Tara Love is currently enrolled at Indiana University South Bend. Tara has also obtained two certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) and ServSafe Manager from ServSafe.
