Wendy Fencl

Wendy Fencl has extensive experience in Human Resources and Consulting. Wendy began their career in 2000 as a Managing Consultant at Towers Perrin, where they provided human capital consulting to clients and managed large scale projects. Wendy then joined BlessingWhite in 2007 as Culture & Engagement Practice Leader, developing new learning processes and assessment tools to help organizations improve leadership and increase employee engagement levels. In 2011, they became the Global Director of Talent Management at Heidrick & Struggles. In 2016, they joined Freudenberg Household Products as Regional VP HR Americas, where they were a Human Resources expert on the Americas Leadership Team and a trusted advisor to the Regional President. Wendy then joined The Hunter Consulting Group as President in 2018. Most recently, they have been the Vice President of People and Interim GM Robert Weed West since 2022.

Wendy Fencl holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they studied Organizational Behavior and Finance. Wendy also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Capital Management from Bellevue University. Additionally, they have a BA in Psychology and Pre-Med from the University of Notre Dame. Wendy also holds a DISC certification, which they obtained in February 2010.
