Alex Sheehan

Alex Sheehan serves as a Behavioral Health Program Manager at the Washington State Health Care Authority, overseeing health data and programs related to mental and behavioral health care. Involvement in various advisory roles includes membership on the Office of Community Voices and Empowerment Advisory Board and leadership within the Lived Experience Council at One Mind and Healthy Brains Global Initiative. Alex co-founded the Global Network of Health Equity Doctoral Scholars and participates in several fellowships, including the Frédéric Bastiat Fellowship, Health Policy Research Scholars program, and the JCOIN Learning Experiences to Advance Practice program. Academic pursuits consist of a Doctor of Public Health at Tulane University and multiple Master's degrees at Oklahoma State University and Liberty University, along with various additional educational credentials.
