Julie Hartpence (Rusin) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in equity and programming management. Currently serving as the Equity & Culture Manager at RWJF since November 2019, Julie previously held various roles at America's Grow-a-Row, including Director of Programming and Volunteer Programming Specialist. Responsibilities included overseeing volunteer recruitment, coordinating educational programs, and enhancing community engagement. Julie began at America's Grow-a-Row as a Programming Team Intern and gained early experience as a Social Media Marketing Intern at FeelGood World. Julie holds a Master of Science in Education, Culture, and Society from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh.
