Mila Tonconogy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mila started their career as an intern at Recoleta Cultural Center in 1997, where they were involved in the production of art, music, and theater shows. In 1998, they had another internship at Les Inrockuptibles, an international magazine, where they contributed to the production and launch of their cultural space, "La Cigale."

In 1999, Mila interned at PS1 Contemporary Art Center, one of the most prestigious contemporary art centers in the United States. Mila specifically worked on their international residency program.

From 2001 to 2002, Mila worked at the Foreign Ministry of Argentina, Cultural Affairs, as the Architecture and Design Manager. Mila was responsible for generating and producing projects that exported Argentine culture abroad and fostered foreign projects in Argentina. Mila worked on various international events and exhibitions, such as the Venice Art Biennial, Cannes Film Festival, and an Argentine art exhibit in China.

In 2002, Mila briefly worked as an Art Producer at Nicola Costantino, where they facilitated the production of local and international shows for renowned artists and served as a liaison between the artists and institutions.

From 2004 to 2005, Mila worked as a News Producer at Radio FM La Isla, where they managed news production and covered a range of topics from hard news to lifestyle issues.

Mila joined Nike Italia in 2006 as a Retail Brand Marketing Manager before becoming the Brand Manager in 2008. Mila then took on the role of Nike Sportswear Brand Manager and held this position until 2010.

In 2013, Mila founded Bronto Snacks UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and served as the Founding and Managing Partner until 2014.

Most recently, Mila worked at Roller Rabbit, where they held the position of Marketing Manager from 2015 to 2017 before being promoted to Marketing Director. The end date for their role as Marketing Director is not provided.

Mila Tonconogy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University in the field of History, Theory and Criticism of Architecture and Design from 1996 to 2000. Mila later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESMT Berlin in 2012. In 2002 and 2003, Mila attended the Istituto Europeo di Design, where they studied Industrial Design. It is unclear when or if they completed any specific degree or field of study at Asociación Escuelas Lincoln.
