Nick Provost

Nick Provost has a diverse range of work experience in the photography industry. Nick started their career as a field support engineer at Canon USA in 2009 and later became a customer support representative. In this role, they provided technical support to clients across the country and maximized customer satisfaction through a client-centric approach. Nick also attended international events to provide hands-on support and created a photography course for internal employees. Nick then transitioned to a technical support engineer role, where they conducted detailed analyses and troubleshooting for customers. Nick trained teams and dealerships on customer service best practices and received technical training in Japan. Currently, they work as a professional and commercial sales consultant at Roberts Camera.

From 2006 to 2008, Nick Provost studied at Harrington College of Design, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Commercial Digital Photography.
