Built on the heritage and solid expertise of our founders, Professors Ivan Robertson and Sir Cary Cooper, we’ve been working with clients and partners to deliver innovative, integrated wellbeing solutions with lasting impact for almost 20 years. We’re pioneers of workplace wellbeing, and continue to lead the way in the sector via research, thought leadership and landmark events – such as the Good Day at Work Conversation . In turn, we aspire to influence society in a positive and forward thinking way.
