Paula Louise Dixon is an accomplished Business and Coaching Psychologist with extensive experience in the field since 2014. As the founder of Hazon Consulting Ltd., Paula delivers evidence-based methods to enhance the effectiveness of leaders, teams, and organizations. Paula holds multiple roles, including Business & Coaching Psychology Associate at Robertson Cooper, Neurodiversity Coach at Creased Puddle, and Associate Business & Coaching Psychologist at Bailey & French - Consulting, among others. With a strong commitment to supporting neurodiverse individuals, Paula aims to empower those facing challenges in the workplace and education. Paula's academic credentials include an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a PGCE from the University of Leicester, alongside a BSc Hons in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University.
